Item itself was lovely and beautifully made. This was a gift to my friend who is pregnant and she loved it and the products. The reason for the low rating is due to customer service; item is made in USA, which I was aware of, but delivery was booked for Europe. All things considered was quite fast but was held in customs who required a more “oficial” invoice than a simple Etsy confirmation email. I immediately contacted seller and never replied…My friend had a huge hassle and eventually managed to get item with some of the screen shots I sent her but it would’ve al been much easier if seller had replied and been able to help. It’s a shame because experience tainted a lovely gift
